Hendersonville, Tenn. (Oct. 2025) — Legacy Village of Hendersonville is pleased to welcome Brittany Locke as Executive Director, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in the senior living industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University. Her diverse background includes roles in social work, skilled nursing, post-acute care, assisted living and memory care. Locke’s career reflects a deep commitment to serving seniors with compassion and dignity.
Originally from Brentwood, Tennessee, Locke was raised to exhibit both resilience and compassion, bringing a unique perspective to her leadership approach. Her commitment is to create a warm and peaceful home environment where residents and families feel respected and dignified in the care they receive.

Outside of her professional life, Locke enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Justin, whether playing golf, boating, or fishing. She is also passionate about soccer, crafting, and traveling whenever possible. Her enthusiasm for life and her dedication to meaningful connections are reflected in the culture she hopes to continue building at Legacy Village of Hendersonville.
