Kasey Commerer

Executive Director

Kasey Commerer is an experienced Executive Director in Assisted Living with over 15 years in the senior living industry. A graduate of University of Tennessee Knoxville, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Child and Family Studies and holds a Tennessee Administrator’s License.

Her career has been rooted in serving seniors and their families with honesty, compassion, and steady leadership. She has worked across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living communities, and previously served as a Senior Care Advisor—giving her a well-rounded understanding of both operations and the deeply personal decisions families face. As an Executive Director, she focuses on creating a community that feels safe, welcoming, and truly like home. She believes strong teams, open communication, and consistency are the foundation of quality care.

Known for being approachable and hands-on, she values building relationships with residents, families, and staff. She takes pride in mentoring her team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring residents receive respectful, individualized support every day.



Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mom to two energetic young boys who keep life busy and full of laughter. Balancing leadership at work and family at home keeps her grounded and continually reminds her why compassionate care matters.
