Brittany Locke

Executive Director

Brittany Locke joined Legacy Village of Hendersonville as Executive Director in September 2025, bringing with her over 15 years of senior living experience. Having received her Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration and Master’s in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University, her experience expands from social work, skilled nursing, post-acute care, assisted living and memory care. Brittany knows she found her calling in the senior living industry, and she is committed to bringing empathy, quality and dignity to Legacy Village. 

Originally from Brentwood, Tennessee, Brittany was raised in a multicultural family with French and Indian roots. Inspired by her parents’ examples of resilience and compassion, she brings a unique perspective to her leadership approach. Her goal is to create a warm and peaceful home environment where residents and families feel respected, supported, and confident in the care they receive.

Brittany and her husband, Justin, love to spend time outdoors together playing golf, taking their boat out on the lake and fishing. She also loves to play soccer, be immersed in a good craft and travel whenever possible.
