Hendersonville, Tenn. (March 2026) — Legacy Village of Hendersonville is pleased to welcome Kasey Commerer as Executive Director. With over fifteen years of senior living experience, Commerer is dedicated to bringing compassionate and high-quality care to the residents of Legacy Village.
Born and raised in Portland, Tennessee, Commerer received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Before stepping into a senior living community, Commerer worked as a Senior Care Advisor, giving her insight into the deeply personal decisions families face during this process. Commerer then joined an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Bowling Green Kentucky, where she would find herself serving for the next 10 years. She started at the community as a Sales & Marketing Director and was eventually promoted to Assistant Executive Director and then Executive Director. She is excited to serve Legacy Village of Hendersonville alongside their mission, “serving residents with honor, resect, faith and integrity.”

Commerer and her husband, Brent, have two young and energetic sons, Mac and Miles. Balancing leadership at work and family at home keeps her grounded and continually reminds her why compassionate care matters. She loves spending time with her family at the farm, the lake and the beach.
