Legacy Village of Hendersonville Welcomes Lisa Eastland as Director of Sales and Marketing

Hendersonville, Tenn. (July 2026) — Legacy Village of Hendersonville is pleased to welcome Lisa Eastland as their new Director of Sales and Marketing. With 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the senior living industry, Eastland brings with her a wealth of knowledge, experience and a true passion for serving seniors.

Born and raised in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, Eastland attended Middle Tennessee State University, receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Business Administration. She began her career as the Co-Owner and Chief Marketing Officer of a luxury home building company, where she remained for 14 years. She then moved into the role of Sales Manager for a catering business in the Nashville area. In 2016, Eastland found her calling in the senior living industry where she has served in various positions, including Director of Marketing and Community Relations and Executive Director. Eastland credits her passion for seniors to her deep love for her grandmother, who lived to be 99-years-old.

“I am beyond excited to continue my senior living career at Legacy Village of Hendersonville. This community is a true gem in the Hendersonville area. Nestled directly on Main Street, this quaint community has so many amazing things to offer seniors!” say Eastland. “The fact that this community is faith-based is one of the things that drew me to work here. I have been led to help seniors live their best life and am grateful to have the opportunity to serve seniors in such a homelike environment.”

“We are delighted to welcome Lisa to Legacy Village of Hendersonville,” says Kasey Commerer, Executive Director for Legacy Senior Living. “Her experience, enthusiasm and genuine heart for serving seniors make her a wonderful addition to our team.”

In her free time, Eastland loves spending time with her family at their second home in Logan, West Virginia, which they have unofficially re-named “Almost Heaven”. The Appalachian Mountain views fill her with peace and a deep appreciation for God’s beauty. A former competitive baton twirler and cheerleader, Eastland still enjoys cheering on local sports, especially the Tennessee Titans.
