Legacy Village of Hendersonville to Host
“Back to School Luau” on August 8,
Open to the Public
Hendersonville, Tenn. (August 2026) —Legacy Village of Hendersonville is excited to announce “Legacy’s Back to School Luau” to celebrate the end of summer vacation and to support the Hendersonville community of teachers and students. This year’s bash will feature live music, a cake walk, cotton candy and a local BBQ food truck. For entertainment, come enjoy inflatables, a water slide and a dunk tank. Legacy Village will also host raffles, including a $150 raffle that will be awarded to a teacher at the event and an $150 Walmart gift card for a youth group in attendance.
“We are so excited to open our doors and celebrate with our community the end of Summer. This time of the year can be sad for kids and teachers going back to school, so we wanted to go out of our way to spread some joy! Anyone and everyone are welcome!” says Kasey Commerer, Executive Director of Legacy Village of Hendersonville.
The event will be hosted at Legacy Village of Hendersonville from 5-8pm on August 8, 2026. It is free and open to everyone. Come on out and help us chase away the back-to-school blues and support our teachers and students!
